Here at Kawaii Couture XO we take pride in our fast processing and shipping times.
All orders are shipped withing 1-3 business days. Tracking is provided once the order is shipped.
US orders: typically take 4-7 days to arrive.
International Oders: typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside the US charge taxes on your order. This is not common but can happen. We are not responsible for these fees.
Please make sure you include your FULL address (house/apt/unit/etc.)
USPS Delays: Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part.
Once our items are shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your product was not received or is late, please contact your local USPS as this is out of our control. They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call them directly.
In cases where your package is returned to us for any reason, such as wrong address or unclaimed mail, we will require issue a refund minus shipping fees.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
