Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to us and to the buyer.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Once your item has been marked as shipped, we no longer have control of it.
We are not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s).
If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us withing 24 hours. Please provide us with proof of purchase and a photo of the wrong/defective item. We will make it right!
